It is Integrazyme’s mission to provide high quality products that provide more efficient bioenergy production, improved medical treatments and decrease waste from industrial processes.
At Integrazyme we aim to improve the global condition in an ecologically friendly manner, utilizing natural products and processes. Through both our own innovative product creation and assisting others by improving their product’s performance and profits in a “green” manner, we aim to leave a positive footprint in society.
Management Team
Eric Hatch – Chief Executive Manager (C.E.M.)
Eric Hatch (M.S. Biotechnology, B.S. Biological Sciences) founded Integrazyme in 2006 utilizing the development of Integrazyme’s cold adapted enzyme selection platform technology. Eric has had extensive experience in the management, development and commercialization of scientific products. His technical knowledge combined with his experience for creating business relationships for contract production for the biotech industry has established Integrazyme as a high quality production facility.
Ed Steele – Chief Operations Manager (C.O.M.)
Edward Steele (M.S., Biotechnology, B.S., Anthropology, Biological Aspects of Conservation, Zoology) has several years experience managing and supervising a large staff of research technicians, and for the past 5 years has worked to provide research support on a contract basis in such diverse fields as Parkinson's disease, stem cell and AIDS research, anti-obesity and metabolic studies and reproductive research. Ed’s extensive management training and experience is helping guide and shape Integrazyme’s business philosophy, while his background and studies in Biological Aspects of Conservation help define the direction of our bioenergy products and services. His experience working with several research based service contracts lends a framework upon which Integrazyme models its milestone driven services.
Betty Agudelo-Rewey – Chief Scientific Manager (C.S.M.)
Betty Agudelo-Rewey(M.S. Biotechnology, B.S. Chemical Engineering) is one of the founding members of Integrazyme and her experience as an Upstream Process Development Scientist in protein expression/characterization and client interrelations has helped to shape the excellent reputation of the company.
